Water Fitness

Water Fitness/Aerobics



No baseline fitness level is required.  This class is meant to be low impact and highly aerobic.  Your workout can be as vigourous as you need it to be.  Water fitness is an ideal workout to increase muscle tone and aerobic endurance.  Unlike running, biking, or many other aerobic exercises, the water offers resistance and a very low impact on the bones and joints.

Instruction will be led by Jenny Ploetz.  She has over 10 years in aquatics instruction and holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education - specializing in exercise science.  Jenny is also an ACSM certified Health and Fitness Specialist with over 20 years of group led instruction.
