Much reflection and discussion has already
taken place among the coaches about our individual and team
performances. Rather than giving a
critique here, I just want to say how proud I am of being a part of
the Newburgh Sea Creatures!
For now, everyone (coaches, parents, swimmers)
needs to enjoy their time off and pursue other areas of interest.
(I realize for those swimming and coaching Senior State, Zones, and
Nationals, your time off will be delayed slightly.) This is a great time for swimmers to bike ride,
roller blade, skateboard, rock climb, run or jog. Do push-ups and sit-ups daily! Keep track of your progress! Parents, JOIN IN!!
Stay active. Stay healthy! Have fun!!
