We have just
received notice that Warrick County School Corporation has
cancelled school for Friday. According to corporation
guidelines, if school is cancelled, there are to be no activities
on school premises that day. So, we have no choice but to
cancel the Friday night session of our meet.
You will not
be charged for the Friday night events.
Saturday and
Sunday sessions will proceed as scheduled.
If you have a donation for
hospitality/concessions, please plan on bringing it Saturday
morning. If you were preparing food for hospitality on Friday
night and are able to bring your dish for Saturday or Sunday during
the day, that would be great! If not, don't worry about
it.
Also, volunteers scheduled to
work Friday night will still receive credit for scheduled
hours. I have re-opened the volunteer sign up for the meet
with hopes that some of you may also choose to pick up an empty
spot on Saturday/Sunday, as we have some areas that are still
extremely light on volunteers.
Finally, I'd like to find a
small group of people to help set up tomorrow at 2pm. If you
are able to help with set u p, please e-mail me and let me
know.
