As our AMAZING long course season winds down in the coming few weeks, it's time to focus our sights on registration for the short course season ahead.  ALL NSC members - swim team and Masters will need to re-register for the short course season.  This will allow us to get a good handle on who is still actively in the water and intends to swim moving forward.

This is how the process will work:

1.  Invoices wil auto generate on 8/1.  No dues for August will be charged at this time - only those accounts with a balance due (meet entry fees, team wear, past due balances) will be charged anything.

2.  After invoicing runs on 8/1, ALL accounts will be deactivated.  

3.  Registration for short course (fall/winter) season will open on 8/4/12.  Both Team and Masters swimmer will go through the same registration module (this is a change for Masters swimmers.

4.  Start dates for short course are tentatively set as follows:

                Masters - ongoing

                Senior/HS Fit - August 6th

                Black/Senior Development - August 20th

                White - August 20th

                Green -  August 27th

                Prep Group - September 4th

The fees charged at registration include:

$55 USA Card for all Team swimmers (waived for Masters)

$100 Season Family Fee (waived for Masters/HS Fit)

Dues pro-rated based on start date (full month for HS/Masters, 1/3 month for Black/white)

All past due amounts MUST be paid in order to register for short course season and checks will no longer be accepted as a method of payment.

Aqua Zumba should get rolling again in August as well  . . . as soon as we figure out the team schedule and determine when we'll have free water time.
