Psych
Sheet for the Relay Teams is now posted along with the boys 1650
psych sheet. They are attached to the bottom of this page
under "documents". All other events will be available at the
meet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a fee.
10 & Under Saturday and
Sunday Sessions
For
the Safety of all the 10 & Under Swimmers, they will not
be allowed on deck until 12:15 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The morning session pre-scratch timelines have an end time of
approximately 12:15. Please do not arrive early and expect
your swimmer to get on deck. The meet is very full and the
concourse area could become very congested at this time. We
will do our best to have Security personnel in place to help ease
the congestion. Southeastern Swim Clubs focus for the weekend
will be to keep all swimmers safe and to have a successful
meet.
If you are a qualified Age
Group State swimmer (individual event or relay) please review the
attached documents. There is info on pre-ordering admissions
& clothing (from prior experience, this is the route you will
want to take!), blocked hotel rooms via the hosting club, and
helpful info if you are a "first timer". There is also info
if you are a singer (National Anthem) or an official. They
will be having time trials - if you are interested, please let me
know and I will get you the details.
The Entry File is now available for the Age Group State
meet. Only qualified swimmers can
sign-up. If you are unsure whether your swimmer has
an eligible time, please review the "Eligible Swimmer File" located
under the "documents" section or when you try to
register, you may only select the events with times that are in
BLACK. If your times are RED then you are not eligible.
The Entry Limit for this meet is SIX. You
are limited to THREE events per day.
Meet Entry Fees: $5.00 per event + $5.00 Indiana Swimmer
Fee + $1.00 IUPUI fee per swimmer
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! If your swimmer
makes a state cut AFTER the deadline, please email me ASAP at
swimmom@heideckers.us.

Age Group State Cuts Minimum
If you have a State Swimmer (a swimmer that has made any State
Swim Time Cut
in their Age Group - See attached Times file located under
"documents" at the bottom of this page),
then please review the Meet Entry Letter, also located under
"documents".
Any Relay Teams that have made the cut will be finalized and
approved by the Coach. You will be notified at a future time
if your swimmer will be a part of that team.
