SENIOR  STATE!

Four proud Sea Creatures will be on their way to IUPUI's Natatorium in Indy this weekend for the Indiana Senior State LCM Swimming Championships.  Connor Bradley, Nate Kamrath, Megan Ploetz, and Keanu Stevenson will represent Team NSC in several events beginning on Friday. 

Congrats to Connor, Nate, Megan, & Kenau!  And best of luck this weekend!

I mistakenly put the practices on the wrong days.  We would have to pay extra to use Lloyd pool on the Tuesday and Thursday practices so the following is the corrected schedule.

P10 & PreSenior State Qualifiers - July 14 - July 31 Practices will be Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15-9:45AM@ Hartke. Monday and Wednesday from 5:00-6:30PM @ Lloyd.  The Lloyd practices are important as they are the only opportunity to do relay exchanges, block starts, and turn work. This includes relay only swimmers. 

P10 & PreSenior non Qualifiers.  We will provide a technique 'clinic' for 1 hour as follows:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, P10 9:30-10:30AM, PreSenior 8:30-9:30AM both @ Hartke.  This is completely voluntary and is included in the montly fees. (July 15 - July 24)

Senior and Excel Swimmers (non qualifers)

The Hartke practices are preferable.  We will have more coaches on deck and the practices will be conditioning oriented along with TECHNIQUE.  The pm practices at Lloyd - all swimmers will be doing the same practices.
